So me and Sam have started the edit this week, were currently sorting out the rushes. It's becoming increasing obvious how much the camera loves this guy.

Flotsam & Jetsam is a documentary based around the beachcombers of Texel, one of the largest Frisian islands just north of mainland Holland. Because of Texel’s geographical position, tidal system and strong north-westerly winds, an estimated 2 tons of flotsam and jetsam is washed up on the beaches a day.

The film will follow the day-to-day lives of the beach combers (or Jutters as they are know on the island), exploring their relationships and history as extraordinary people in extraordinary situations.
